Marina Shvets: my path and approach

Marina Shvets

My name is Marina Ivannikova Shvets. I am Russian and a Spanish citizen. My life brings together different cultures and traditions. In my work, I offer close attention to each person, intuitive sensitivity and a gentle exploration of inner experience.

I have trained in personal development in Spain. I am a certified Process Work practitioner and am currently writing my diploma thesis in this approach, continuing to deepen my knowledge and practice. I am drawn to what unfolds gradually: in words, sensations, dreams and subtle gestures, where an experience is still finding its way into expression.

My path also connects me to my roots. I descend from Buryat shamans, practise shamanic techniques from the Tuvan tradition, including making eriens, and am a Reiki master. These traditions hold a special place in my life and in my relationship with nature, symbols and the subtle nuances of experience.

My wish to make self-exploration more accessible led me to create Talvira, a tool for self-reflection inspired by Process Work.

I work in English, Spanish and Russian. In our sessions, I aim to create a space where you can be yourself, move at your own pace and gradually find words, meaning and support for what is happening within you.
