What happens in a Process Work session

From the archive of my former Russian website. Edited for this website.

Where we begin

At the beginning, the person describes what has brought them to the session. Together, we clarify the situation: what is particularly troubling them now, what feelings arise, and what they would like from our meeting.

Exploring at your own pace

As we work, we explore the experience and look for access to resources. Sometimes movement, sound, images, or exploring different roles can help. Paying attention to what the person feels, and respecting their own pace, matters to me.

You do not have to know how to express your feelings, move, or use your voice straight away. If a way of exploring does not suit you, we can choose another. Any suggestion can be discussed, changed, or declined.

The work unfolds gradually. Its pace and outcome cannot be guaranteed in advance: they depend on the person's concerns, their circumstances, and what becomes accessible during the process.
